Aurora

Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. Her birthplace was in Stavanger on the 15th of June 1996 and professionally known as Aurora. Her name can also be stylized as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15, 2015, and received great reviews from bloggers and music critics and the press. Half the World Away from the band Oasis was recorded for an ad campaign for John Lewis, and Nature Boy is a Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry's endorsement of her track Runaway on her blog gave the artist some additional appreciation. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory is of finding an attic piano and being fascinated by the music it could create. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged Aurora to study music, not for work or for a passion and as a way to improve. As a result, she began to write the music she composed herself. Her sources include noted authors Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan and her love of Bjork's style. When her mother told her that the songs she wrote could be used to not be famous for her, but instead to inspire people to realize the importance of their work and influence on our world at large, she started playing them on stage. At age 6 she started playing the piano and at nine was writing music. The fact that she was a musician wasn't known to her family members until she was fourteen. Aurora isn't something she imagined as a child. According to her, she just likes to write songs. According to her music, it is the most efficient way to express anything.
